After 2 years a full body PET/MRI and chest CT showed that I am clear of cancer and mold.

However, a side effect of the iodine has been that my skin, which always has been very rough like sand paper on the back of my arms and like "chicken skin" on my thighs, has become very smooth and not nearly so dry for the first time in my life. My lower calves and feet are still a bit dry/scaly. I am so happy because I have always wanted to have smooth soft skin!

I take my iodine on an empty stomach 4 am to avoid absorption by the food and it also helps me wake up clear minded instead of groggy. I have consistently checked my thyroid for any problems every 6 months.

I am not sure taking long term high dose iodine is safe, and am trying to switch over to high dose Vitamin C, which though it may not kill fungus, seems to detox the toxin Aflatoxin, and also to help kill cancer cells (see lectures on Youtube by Dr Levy).rjwlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13481067883378302884noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8996628778105208346.post-85856807039997065482013-11-21T15:42:34.355-08:002013-11-21T15:42:34.355-08:00I love your blog! Of all the things I have learned in life, Iodine has by far been the greatest asset to my ever struggling brain cells. They dance merrily whenever I am in great company, other times they become frightened of the alarming amount of dis-info and outright misleading. Finding the right blog is like finding a diamond in my back yard buried. Fascinating read. ;)Luluhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15306711025423157801noreply@blogger.com
